The staff is great, the community is calm and quiet, and rent is fair. I also love being able to have my cat The only real issue l have with the apartment itself is that there is no central A C, just a wall unit in the living room. However, it's a trade-off I'm willing to make for the price and location only 10 minutes to downtown GR I would definitely recommend Chateau Village to anyone looking.
response from property -Katie-Thanks for your lovely honest review. The a/c does require treating it more like central air & trusting that if you leave it on it will adjust on and off. But you are right central air can't be beat! We really enjoy having you in the community and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review! Have a great day!

submitted by Brett W. - |Recommended: YesExcellent — I really enjoy living here. The location is great with many stores and restaurants nearby. Rent is alright, staff is friendly and maintenance is very quick to repair things. Usually next day.
